The mediation will be charged at a fixed fee of £2,500.00 plus VAT per separately represented party to include basic preparation time and attendance at the Mediation for 8 hours (usually from 9.30am until 5.30pm).

Basic preparation time shall mean that the parties limit the mediation bundle to no more than 300 pages (circa 2 hours reading time).  If the bundle exceeds 300 pages extra preparation time will be charged at £250.00 plus VAT per hour, per party.

If the parties elect to continue with the Mediation beyond 8 hours (usually 5.30pm), any further time on the day of mediation will be charged at £250.00 plus VAT per hour, per separately represented party.

For a mediation in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester, there would be no travel expenses incurred. Outside of this, London for example, Mark would charge one nights’ hotel and standard return train tickets.
